Welcome to Interiors Avenue. By booking any service through our website (interiorsavenue.com), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

  1. About Our Services

Interiors Avenue provides professional home maintenance and cleaning services in Dubai, UAE, including but not limited to AC repair and maintenance, deep cleaning, pest control, carpet cleaning, curtain cleaning, drainage cleaning, and related home services. All services are performed by trained technicians at the customer's specified location.

 

2. Booking and Appointments

 

  • Services are booked through our website and processed via the Cowlendar booking system.
  • - A minimum scheduling notice of 4 hours is required for all bookings.
  • - Last available booking time is 6:00 PM (18:00) daily.
  • - By completing a booking, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

3. Pricing and Payment

 

  • All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • - Payment is required at the time of booking.
  • - We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect previously confirmed bookings.

4. Customer Responsibilities

 

  • Ensure the service location is accessible at the scheduled appointment time.
  • - Provide accurate contact information and address details during booking.
  • - Inform us of any special conditions, hazards, or access requirements at the service location before the appointment.
  • - An adult (18+) must be present at the location during the service.

5. Service Delivery

 

  • Our technicians will arrive within the scheduled time window. Minor delays may occur due to traffic or prior appointments.
  • - If our technician cannot access the premises or the customer is unavailable, this will be treated as a no-show and our cancellation policy will apply.
  • - We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a service if working conditions are deemed unsafe.

6. Warranty and Liability

 

  • We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 24 hours for a resolution.
  • - Interiors Avenue is not liable for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions discovered during service delivery.
  • - Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Privacy

 

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect only the information necessary to process bookings and deliver services.

 

8. Changes to These Terms

 

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

 

9. Governing Law

 

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
